Twin Cities Hospital (TCH) is continuing to take proactive measures to help ensure the health and safety of patients, caregivers, colleagues and our communities. As COVID-19 numbers drop in Okaloosa County, we have adjusted our visitor policy to help better serve our patients and their loved ones. However, in accordance with CDC Hospital Guidelines, we still have to continue some safety guidelines.
One visitor per patient is permitted in the hospital. Visitors must be at least 18 years old (special circumstances may allow for some exceptions). Visitation hours are 6:00am – 8:00pm, 7 days per week.
Please use the following entrances:
- Main Entrance until 8:00pm
- Emergency Room – for medical emergencies and all visitors after 8:00pm
While in TCH, all are asked to help us maintain social distancing standards and should remain in the patient's room as much as possible during their entire visit. We appreciate the cooperation of our visitors, patients, colleagues and providers to support our infection control efforts. We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and the CDC updates its guidance and will provide updates as needed.
We exist to provide others a healthier tomorrow. Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life.
Circumstances may allow for specific exceptions to any visitation restrictions described on this webpage. Those circumstances include religious visitation as well as a designated support person for a patient with a disability to provide assistance with communication or other necessary components of the patient's treatment. All persons entering under an exception remain subject to appropriate infection control protocols.
