This one day educational and energizing conference is aimed to help women achieve balance and success in life, work, and health. Attendees will hear dynamic presentations by local physicians and business experts, as well as national renowned keynote speaker Kelly Swanson. Join us to learn how to increase your resilience, lead a more balanced life and improve relationships, communications, and overall wellness. To register or obtain more information, visit www.WomenOnWellness.org or call 855-614-7274. Attendees to this year’s event will receive a free, one year membership to H2U: Health to You—a health and wellness program provided by Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and Twin Cities Hospital.
“This is an excellent chance for women in our area to hear inspiring speakers on a variety of educational and entertaining topics,” said Jenni Brunson, Marketing Manager, Twin Cities Hospital. “Whether you have personal health questions, are raising a family, or simply need a jumpstart to a ‘better you’ – there is truly something for every woman that attends.”
This year’s keynote speaker, Kelly Swanson, is a motivational speaker, comedian, award-winning storyteller, and the author of “Who Hijacked My Fairy Tale?” She’s also a frazzled, over-worked, under-paid, wife and mom who works from home. In the craziness of her life, she manages to touch hearts and tickle funny bones from coast to coast. She’ll make you laugh, help you find balance and purpose, show you how to see beyond your obstacles, and encourage you to stand up and stick out in a crowded market, because nobody notices normal.
Additional Women on Wellness speakers include local physicians and business experts: Dr. Joseph Pedone, Dr. Francia Squatrito, Dr. James Watt, and Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce CEO, Tricia Brunson.
Special thanks to our 2016 Speaker Sponsor: Coastal Bank and Trust, and our Media Sponsors: Northwest Florida Daily News, Coast 93.3, Nash FM 105.5, and Z96.
