Standing Up to Breast Cancer Dinner

Thursday, October 5, 2017

Please join FWBMC and Twin Cities Hospital for a FREE dinner event promoting awareness, prevention, and survivorship. Keynote speakers is Sally Baskey, a humorist and motivational speaker whose message radiates around using humor to get through life. She will entertain, educate, and influence the audience by showing how humor can help diffuse difficult situations. Entertaining and thought provoking, Sally will make you smile, but more importantly, she will make you think. We encourage everyone to wear pink and enjoy an educational night out for a great cause!

Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and Twin Cities Hospital Breast Cancer Flamingos will be available for you to adopt for a minimum $20 donation to the American Cancer Society. Adopt a flamingo in October and show Okaloosa County you are Standing Up to Breast Cancer! 100% of the proceeds collected from flamingo donations will benefit American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Relay For Life.

Registration is REQUIRED; seating is limited. Call (855) 614-7274 to register.

Please like us on Facebook to see photos from our 2016 event and to be the first to know about additional plans for 2017.

FWBMC and Twin Cities Hospital Breast Cancer Flamingos are still available throughout October for a $15 donation; stop by our Business Office during normal business hours to adopt yours today and show Okaloosa County you are Standing Up to Breast Cancer!

All proceeds will support the American Cancer Society.
