HCA Hope Fund

The HCA Hope Fund is an employee-run, employee-supported 501(c)3 charity. The goal of the HCA Hope Fund is simple: to help HCA employees and their immediate families who are affected by hardship. This includes disasters, extended illness/injury and other special situations. The fund provides emergency information, referrals and/or financial aid. HCA employees, vendors, affiliated physicians and the general public can make tax-deductible donations to the fund.www.hcahopefund.org

Facility Scheduler

View your work schedule, see available shifts and enter vacation requests from any computer using your own 3-4 ID and password. https://facilityscheduler.app.medcity.net/FacilityScheduler/NorthFlorida/

HealthStream Learning Center

You can access your HealthStream Learning Center account from any computer by visiting www.healthstream.com/hlc/hca and entering your UserID and Password as usual.

Remember, there is no technical support if you are using the HLC from home.  If you forget your UserID or Password and it is during normal business hours (8:00 am-4:30 pm, M-F), you can call Dee West at 678-9629 for assistance.  If you entered a Password Reminder, you can enter your 3-4 UserID and click on "Password Reminder" to obtain your hint.  If you do not have a reminder, chances are your password is still your 3-4 UserID.  It is case sensitive so try it in both lowercase and ALL CAPS. If you complete mandatory education from home (courses under "Assigned Learning"), you must keep track of your time to get paid for it.  When you complete a course, print your certificate and write your start and end times on it before turning it in to your Director or Timekeeper prior to the end of the pay period.

If you have additional questions, contact Dee West, Education Coordinator, at 678-9629.
